Ballistic shields are one of the important pieces of protective equipment used by police teams or military units. It provides additional protection to other bulletproof equipment in dangerous situations. It has level III protection according to NIJ 0101.06 standards. Level III ballistic shields are resistant to 6 shots up to 2780 ft/s. Unlike bulletproof vests, ballistic shields don’t transmit trauma or pain in the situation of a possible fire attack, due to the hit of the bullet, since they don’t come into direct touch with the body.Carrying the shield is also very important as it can  restrict mobility compared to wearable bulletproof equipment. It should be designed to be carried with one hand without forcing the user. Since the shield will be carried with one hand, it restricts the use of weapons or some shooting techniques. However, the detailed design of the carrying system of the shield that will not tire the user, allows the user to shoot comfortably with the other hand. While the user is carrying the shield, there is shield glass at the eye level of the user. It should be noted that the shield glasses are also produced for the same level of protection as the shield. While ballistic shields can protect the entire body, there are also ballistic shields produced only for the protection of the upper body. This protective equipment also protects from less dangerous elements, such as injurious objects thrown. It can be used during an attack or conflict, and in some cases, it can only be used to create a security circle. We design ballistic shields in level III protection capability according to national standards. Ballistic shields, which we produce from high technology ceramic and composite materials, are coated with polyurethane material in order to be resistant to external factors. The weight of the ballistic shields we produce is not more than 20 kilos. We produce it to be fixed to wheeled frames for ease of carrying. There is a ballistic glass on the shield, which has the same level of protection as the shield.
